OPEN HOUSE 21st & 30th July 2026 18.00 to 29.30 (BST)
Online
This is an informal drop-in session open to all leaseholders,
KCLA members or not. This is your opportunity to ask us
about anything about the EGM, the management agent transition, the investment fund or anything else on your mind regarding Kings Court.
EGM 11th August 2026 18.00 to 29.30 (BST)
Online and in person
Formal meeting of KCLA members, called outside of the regular AGM cycle. This has been requisitioned by members under the companies act 2006 and must be held within eight weeks of that request. Invites with EGM pack to follow.
We will send more details closer to the date.

All leaseholders welcome.
Allows all shareholders to vote on important matters regarding Kings Court.
